Our Winter Courses started on Tuesday 4th February 2025. We have Courses suitable for Beginners and Improvers. Please see the contact page for more details.

At the end of last year we hosted a Christmas Party for our Tai Chi Family at the Polish Parish Social Club in Northwich; this was a tremendous success and good fun was had by all! We have uploaded a selection of the pictures from the event, you can view these on the Gallery Page!

Stop Press! Exciting news for those interested in starting their Tai Chi journey! A brand new Beginners Course is set to commence on Tuesday, 29th April (exact time to be arranged). This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi in a supportive and welcoming environment.
